Hello friends and family!!!

Thank you for peeking out our registry! It is a work in progress as Chris and I are figuringing out what are the most essential items we NEED as opposed to WANT. We live in a small space but plan to co-sleep using a bassinet and using a the pack and play as a crib until we decide on a something more permanent. We may be going back and forth between our home in the mountains and occasional visits to LA where Chris works, taking all necessary Covid precautions so having handy travel items would make things easier for us. We will be upgrading to a bigger place in a year or so.

Many of the items are extra’s. Just stuff we think are adorable, but not essential. I’ve been a nanny and birth/postpartum doula for many years and found what works and doesn’t through trial and error. The items that we marked as “must haves” would be ideal.

I am fortunate to know many people who are outgrowing their baby/kids stuff and we are more than happy to accept gently used items that are deemed safe to reuse and upcycle if you already own them or know someone who

wants to gift their gently used from our list. We want to be aware of any recalled products or items that are no longer considered safe to reuse.

We are striving for natural, sustainable materials and fabrics that are gentle on our bodies and the environment. We have listed names of companies of toys and products we like. We would like to try to avoid plastics, over-stimulating, noisey, electronic, & flashing lights. We would like to subscribe to the vision of Montessori, Waldorf, & RIE philosophies.

We’ll continue to modify our list as the months go by.

We would love to find a way to gather in person when it is safe to do so during this pandemic, and hopefully in a few months down the line we will be able to host a gathering outside in Dutch Flat, where we can enjoy the pool and weather of a nice hot summer day.

Thank you all for sharing in our joy and preparation for the newest member to the family. Thank you all so much for celebrating us and supporting us.

Our mailing situation is a little confusing. We get snail mail at our PO Box and anything that requires shipping through Fed Ex, UPS or other carriers requires our residential address so I will out down both for references:

PO BOX 595

Alta, CA 95710

residential shipping for other carriers:

32685 Clark Street

Dutch Flat, CA 95714
