Katherine's Baby Registry

Arrival Date September 27, 2021

Hello!

In lieu of a card please consider a pre-loved (i.e., used) book with a message to baby inside instead.

If you would like to celebrate the arrival of our new baby with a gift, thank you very much. Gifts of service are very appreciated as well if that is more your speed. However, if gifts aren't really your thing or it would be a financial hardship, please do not feel obligated.

We love second hand and hand-made items. Please consider one of these options for the items that can easily be found second hand before buying new. We invite you to also consider supporting small businesses and local makers whenever possible.

If you plan of bringing a physical gift, we ask that you consider wrapping the present in repurposed materials or paper that is not coated in plastic, or consider foregoing wrapping paper all together. The Earth this baby will inhabit thanks you!

FAQs:

Baby's sex will be a surprise when they arrive, we prefer gender neutral options when possible (however, if you want to gift an item that you consider gendered, baby will still enjoy it, regardless of sex).

We also prefer items made out of natural materials, we are trying to limit the amount of plastic in our home. Wool and wood are some of our absolute favorites (Kat has a latex allergy so no natural rubber please).

We will be cloth diapering as much as possible. All disposable diapers that we won't be using will be donated to families who need them.

Our favorite themes are usually nature based (think trees, forest animals, rainbows, etc.) Our favorite colors are earth tones, and rainbow colors, and, of course, Kat loves Halloween. Baby will utilize "Halloween" themed items all year round!

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to either Sean or Kat.
