Caroline's Baby Registry

Arrival Date March 16, 2023

Hello everyone,

thanks for visiting my registry site. As a German, who only has been to one baby shower for an American friend, a registry and the idea of a baby shower is very new, but I have been asked about it by some of you, so here we are.

Unfortunately the organized and easy Group Gift function only works with items from the Babylist store itself--so for other items you may have to figure out an easy way on how to group gift them.

I was already blessed with receiving quite a number of used clothes (in various sizes), some diapers and diapering materials, and an infant bath tub from friends and family, so I have not been putting many of those items on the list. If you have used baby items, like clothes, I would be very happy about those too. There really is not great need to buy something new--I even have baby clothes that came from our attic in Oppershofen from the mid-1980s 😄.

A word or two on the baby shower, or as I like to think of it, a nice get together before we disappear into our own little world for a little while. I am not big on games and being the center of attention, but those who know me know that I love sharing food with friends, so we will have a nice coffee/tea with German cakes and snacks and just enjoy some time in each other's company.
