Baby Washington's Registry

Arrival Date November 9, 2020

Well hey there! Our little blended family of four is quickly turning into a family of five, and we are over the moon about it! We're really not sure when the potato will be here, and getting into a doctor right now due to covid is seemingly impossible, so keon is probably going to learn to be a baby doctor this year! (my guess is a November or December baby).

A little back story on how I found out: I had been having really bad heartburn, and just not feeling great for the past several months. I naturally just figured it was due to anxiety, as the symptoms of anxiety for me are apparently the same symptoms and telling signs of being pregnant (so thats a funny joke from Jesus). A few weeks ago while I was back in Wyoming I finally realized it probably wasn't just anxiety when a little soccer player started kicking my ribs! From that moment on it seems as if my belly and our little potato haven't stopped growing or moving!

So...although I won't get very long to plan for or prepare for baby, and due to covid (and the fact that every one I know is stretched across the US) I won't be having a baby shower, so I made this registry to hopefully get baby a few things before it arrives!

** we are very limited on space, so the idea for the registry is to get more of the necessities and be as minimalist as possible. I've also added a baby fund to the registry which we would love to get started so that we can get a savings started for the potato (hopefully it comes out with a job already so that we don't have to worry about saving for it, but just in case), but also have some money set aside for when we move into a larger place this next spring and are able to get a larger crib and other fun space-filling items.

In regards to clothes, although I love the oodles and oodles of the boho baby clothes that are out there, I've only added a few to the registry, as I'd really love to stick to plan of being minimal and taking care of the essentials without over indulging.

Also if you're a momma and you can think of something that I haven't provided on the list, that you feel is a must-have, please let me know.

Keon and I are so excited to bring some agape joy into existence, and we really appreciate the love and support from you all.
