About this Product
  • Chicco Keyfit car seat with stroller & base
  • One-hand self-standing fold
  • Comes with soft padded newborn insert for car seat
  • Parent and child trays are included
  • Easy-click insertion and removal

A travel system is a stroller and a car seat that click together; getting your whole travel system as one purchase ensures they’ll click together easily with no need to buy an adapter. In our research for Best Infant Car Seats, we found that the Chicco Keyfit Car Seat was a top parent choice, so it’s nice to have a stroller that fits with it exactly. People report that the car seat easily clips in and out. It’s not the lightest travel system out there, but it’s good quality. It feels great to move baby from stroller to car without waking them up.

The material of the car seat and stroller is easy to clean and you can fold the stroller with one hand (and it stands on its own when folded!). It comes with a built-in parent tray and child tray, and the parent tray has a covered storage compartment for valuables. The handle has ergonomic padding and three positions for different heights of parent. It comes with a removable padded insert for the car seat, so the car seat is comfortable for small babies, too.

Although four-wheel strollers are never quite as maneuverable as three-wheel ones, the Cortina CX has a toe-tap lock that you can use to turn the swivel ability of the front wheels on or off. The adjustable canopy has the peekaboo window for checking on your little one though other strollers have canopies that extend a bit farther. In travel system mode, though, you can bring the stroller and the car seat canopy together to achieve full coverage. This travel system is definitely a comfortable option for both parent and baby.

I like it because it’s easy to transfer from car seat to stroller. However, the stroller is not the best, it's not smooth enough. I would buy a three wheel stroller/car seat stroller instead.

My daughter is almost 8 months old and we’ve only ever used the stroller a handful of times. It doesn’t fold super compact - it’s very long and doesn’t fit easily in the car. I found it to be easier to just have her in a wrap or baby carrier. When we did use it, it worked well, though. There are multiple positions you can recline the seat in and it maneuvers well for an affordable stroller. I always felt like she was safe when she was in it, and I love that the car seat snaps in so easily! The car seat itself was great! I’d wished the shoulder pads were thicker, but that was my only complaint. It’s a great product and is top rated for safety which is my biggest priority. You can also install without the base making it perfect for travel. Our daughter is in an all-in-one convertible seat now, but we’ll save the system we first purchased for our next baby. My only suggestion is to read the manual through and make note of when to remove the newborn insert and when to change the position of the harness straps as baby grows.

Great stroller, easy to function and keeps the baby safe.

It’s super easy to use, and has held up well. The stroller is VERY HEAVY for right after giving birth. I popped a stitch (c-section) lifting it 5 weeks pp. however, once I was stronger, it’s super reliable and easy to use. When he was in the infant seat, we used the Chicco simple frame stroller instead of the full cortina stroller. It was much lighter and more convenient.

It is extremely easy to use and only requires one hand to open and close. The car seat snaps in nicely and comes just as well.
