Description

The Natural Curve is a firm, tall pillow made of extremely supportive foam. Its firmness can be either a plus or a minus depending on your body shape and personal preference. People with long torsos tend to love the Ergobaby pillow because it actually raises baby up high enough for convenient nursing. However, some people do get irritated that the Ergobaby is not very squishable. A squishable pillow is more flexible in terms of arranging your baby or fitting into a narrow chair.

If you don’t mind the lack of squishiness, you’ll really enjoy the thoughtful design of this pillow. The “natural curve” is to encourage your baby to lie tummy-to-tummy with you. The pillow cover is removable and machine washable, and there’s an interior lining that offers extra protection against spills. The color scheme is more subdued and natural than the exuberant Boppy designs. Especially if you have a long torso, this pillow is a great ergonomic option for you and baby.

I found other nursing pillows to be more comfortable to use. There are many options out there for nursing pillows. This one is just very stiff and not flexible - I found that to be uncomfortable and a bit awkward while I was nursing.

I hated the way it didn’t move with my body when nursing. I ended up getting a Boppy. Not worth it.

The shape of the curve on the pillow made it more difficult and complicated to use. I ended up using a regular pillow off my bed to nurse which was more flexible and comfortable. I’ve used nippy in the past and wish I still had it or got a new one for this child, sometimes you just have to try something new or you’ll never know.

It wasn't comfortable or well-suited to supporting my baby during nursing - at any stage. It's very stiff and rolled away instead of staying put. I wish I could have returned it, but it came several months before I needed to use it and by the time I realized it wasn't a good product for me the return deadline had passed. I like the Ergobaby brand but don't buy this pillow. It's not a good design. Get a pillow that wraps around you and supports your baby at all stages, especially at the beginning.

This was less of a pillow and more of a wedge. It seemed as if it needed to fit your frame perfectly to be comfortable as it has zero give and is a hard foam structure. I returned this and bought the Luna Lullaby pillow which is soft, comfy and curved for max comfort.

I feel this nursing pillow is ideal for bigger babies or once your little is 4+ months old. It’s harder and not as plush as others and wasn’t easy to nurse using this pillow.

The nursing pillow is very hard. It's also designed in a way that you have to put the baby on the inside and not on the top. I got it because it was recommended for a tall person, but I never saw the benefit. I would recommend a cozier nursing pillow.

I love the sleek design but I didn’t really find it as useful as I was hoping. I ended up using a body pillow most of the time - it conformed to my baby’s body better!

The pillow was firmer than I expected, which was good and bad. I felt like I didn't have the flexibility I wanted, but my husband loved it when he was bottle feeding. My son was pretty long at birth and still is, so he outgrew it quickly.
