What weabout it
Soft microfleece makes a cozy wearable blanket for cooler temperatures

HALO’s SleepSack Microfleece Wearable Blanket is an excellent choice for keeping your baby cozy when transitioning from the swaddle. The baglike design makes babies feel secure, but they can move their arms and legs freely to find a comfortable position and self-soothe. It’s also safe to continue using once they can turn over.

The soft, polyester micro-fleece wearable blanket is warm and well-suited for cool environments, but you will want to select a lighter wearable blanket for more temperate climates to prevent overheating. It’s meant to be worn over PJs as a safer alternative to a loose blanket. Because it can’t be kicked off, the wearable blanket will also keep your baby warmer at night. And it unzips from the bottom for easy diaper changes.

The HALO SleepSack Microfleece Wearable Blanket is embroidered with “back is best” on the front, reminding all caregivers to always place your baby to sleep on her back. Parents report that the fleece fabric holds up well in the wash.

I prefer the halo sleepsack that swaddles. Now that my baby can’t be swaddled, it’s summer time and this item is too warm.

It was great after the swaddling stage to keep our baby warm and a little more cozied in!

Great weight and I like that baby can still move around in it. Good transition after swaddling.

Good quality, convenient, and plenty of leg room. Our baby seemed to be upset by constricted legs in some of the other sleepsacks we try.

Keeps baby warm and safe, easy on, room to grow.

It's super warm, which, given subzero temps in Minnesota right now, is crucial. Washes up well, cute to boot. Not for summer or warm climates. Love the zip from the top down - I look for that feature on all my nightwear now.

It's better to get the swaddler than the sleep sack. If you're having a baby in the warmer months, make sure not to get a fleece one of these. They're simply too hot. Get one made out of linen or another lightweight fabric.
