What weabout it
Soft, narrow tubes are sized just right for teething babies and paired with a gentle rattle

Soft, colorful tubes connect to a central rattle in Manhattan Toy’s Winkel rattle and teether. The loop design and lightweight construction make it easy for even young babies to grab, hold, and shake, capturing their interest and developing gross motor skills. The pliable loops are perfect for teething and gumming, and you can pop the Winkel in the refrigerator to provide extra cooling comfort for sore gums.

Parents like that the loops make it easy to attach to a stroller or high chair, and that it fits easily in a diaper bag. The enclosed rattle is on the quieter side, which means that it works well on airplanes and in restaurants and other public places. The unique, award-winning design has been going strong for more than 25 years.

Also, this toy is such a parent favorite, it was voted a spot on our Best Baby Toys guide.

Baby can grip it easily and chew on it. Also the rattle is soft and not annoying. Baby loves it.

This was one of our baby’s favorites! It’s colorful and it rattles. It’s easy for baby to grab hold of and shake, and put in his/her mouth when teething.

This was the toy my baby could grab and hold to at the earliest age when he was just beginning to develop those abilities. It is lightweight (easy for him to hold even at 3 months and not heavy in the diaper bag) and not too noisy so I took it with us everywhere. He would play with it in his stroller on walks or while I shopped or browsed. It works as a teether, too. This was my favorite toy from about 3-6 months.

My LO is 8mo old and constantly putting things in her mouth. She is intrigued by the colors of the object, but it isn't a go- to for her right now.

This was one of the only toys my daughter enjoyed for the first 4 months. We have it clipped to her carseat with a pacifier clip, so she can always play with it in the car. It is an easy toy for them to play with before motor skills are really developed.

It is one of my baby's favorite toys, and our 18 month old cousin loves it, too. It is one of the toys that is good for a large range of ages.
