This bottle warmer evenly heats breastmilk, formula, or baby food within minutes.

About this Product
  • Heats bottles in 3 minutes
  • Prevents hot spots
  • Use with baby food too

Do you need a bottle warmer? One of the first things your doctor will mention is that you can’t microwave milk to give to your baby because it can get hot spots that will scald your baby’s mouth. Some parents just put a bottle in a bowl of warm water and wait for it to warm, but some find a bottle warmer that also uses warm water to be really useful. With a bottle warmer, the process is straightforward and you know the milk is at the right temp.

How does the AVENT Fast Bottle warmer stack up? Put your bottle or baby food container into this bottle warmer, add water, and turn it on to quickly get liquids and baby food to the just-right temp. (It uses a hot water bath to warm 5 ounces of milk or formula in three minutes!) Because it continuously circulates the liquid as it warms, there are no hot spots in the bottle to worry about burning your baby’s mouth. It also has a defrost setting to gently warm up frozen milk and baby food.

An LED light indicates whether the warmer is on or off, but you’ll have to set a timer to make sure you remove the bottle at the appropriate time. Otherwise the milk or formula will overheat since there’s no auto-shutoff function. Also, the instructions provide heating times based on plastic, not glass bottles and you can’t use this with breastmilk storage bags.

  • Fits standard and wide bottles
  • Compatible with most AVENT bottles and containers
  • Plastic

It is unnecessary. Just running the bottle under warm water for a minute does the trick.

Easy to use and cheap! Warms baby food and milk quickly. Thaws baby food as well. Compact. Note that you have to pay attention - it doesn't shut off automatically.

It’s works fast and does multiple jobs. I heat bottles, baby food and defrost in it too.

Took too long to warm bottles. The hot water in the sink was much faster.

Took too long, we used it once and then resorted to the microwave (I know, I know, that's a no-no, but in my experience, if you microwave in short intervals, shake well, and test often, you're golden).

This bottle warmer does it’s job- it warms milk. I just wish it was easier to a) clean in the case of leaky breast milk and b) had some sort of temperature regulation. Sometimes the bottle would warm too quickly and would be way hotter than would be safe for baby. If you get this, be very, very careful to ensure milk is at a safe temperature prior to feeding.

With twins it’s sometimes faster to heat up 2 bottles at once on the stove top, it’s probably perfect for singles. It’s quick and easy which is nice late night.

It doesn't have a timer or auto off feature so requires setting your own timer and being ready to remove it immediately which is hard to do with a baby.

We rarely ever use it. I thought for sure that I would use it even as a breastfeeding mom to thaw frozen breastmilk, but that’s not the case. It’s quicker to run the bag of frozen milk under a warm faucet.
