helping with our Journey

Arrival Date August 31, 2021

My cousin Jennifer had her baby August 31st and the baby is now four weeks and is currently still in the NICU awaiting another imperative surgery.

Having financial obligations, on top of another child and the back & forth of being at the hospital and being at home-- it has become all too much (emotionally, financially, and physically).

Jen did not ask me or anyone to do this. But, I wanted to put it out there to anyone who has asked is there anything they can do. And at a time like this it takes a village. Jen's unemployment ran out just last week and Journey's health currently does not allow for Jen to take on a new position to provide so that has added to the stress too.

Here is how you can support our "Journey":

1. Consider donating a gift card for food, gas, etc while they are going back and forth to the hospital in Philadelphia (Wawa, shoprite, Royal Farms, -- just ideas)

2. Journey is in need of particular clothing to meet her medical needs. Here is a link if you like to buy something for her to help. She has a lot of clothes but not what she needs right now. If you see something similar somewhere and what to pick it up please do. Size- 0-3

3. Contribute financially. You can venmo Jennifer directly or PayPal me directly and all money will be given to Jen to meet her financial obligations during this insanely difficult time. No amount is too small.

4. Not in the position to help, but still care... Pray.. pray for healing and pray for peace for those who love her so much because this has been such an anxiety filled time.

I thank you in advance for your support with this. Please do what you can and it you think this is tacky or rude to ask-- keep scrolling. No one would ever want this... it's exhausting and Journey has been through more than most adults in her short time her on earth.

Much love.
