Description
This Motorola Baby Monitor is a night vision HD camera that lets you keep an eye on your baby from anywhere. The camera can be positioned for the best view of your baby with manual pan, tilt, and digital zoom, as well as the ability listen in and talk to your little one using the two-way talk feature.
PIP can be wall or table mounted, letting you move it when you need to. A built-in sensor tells you what the room temperature is, and pre-loaded lullabies, soothing sounds and stories are there when your baby needs them most.

Try something else
This camera is terrible. It is delayed and doesn’t connect a lot of the time. It also randomly goes back to freeze pains from days before. I regret this purchase.

Monitor has worked well for us
Our 3 month old has slept in the crib the majority of the time, so we really rely on this monitor. It took a few tries to set up the app (we just needed to move our phones closer to our router during setup) but now my husband and I both have access to the monitor feed on our phones and we can view the feed anytime, anywhere. Buyers beware, no external monitor and you’ll need to pay for an app and subscription just to use this thing.
Camera is great, the app is horrible. Motorola makes you buy a subscription to use the app instead of the one time purchase. The app eats up your phone battery and constantly crashes. And you can’t have multiple users. So if you have a babysitter or spouse who wants to use it, good luck, the thing is basically useless. I really regret registering for this. I’m going to buy another monitor on Amazon that doesn’t require a subscription or limit users.

App is terrible - regret buying this
I regret buying this monitor because the app is so terrible. It takes forever for the camera feed to load (in that time you could just go upstairs and check on your baby). The feed will also drop out at random times. You can only have one phone paired to it at a time so one parent has to be the designated monitor which means they can't really use their phone while monitoring because if you minimize the app, it stops running and you have to reload.

SAFETY ISSUE
I cannot say this enough... Do NOT buy this product. We initially enjoyed this product because we could watch our baby through an app on our phone. It was convenient and simple. However, this app has turned off on us multiple times throughout the night and has left our baby crying for extended lengths of time! We even attempted to play the app on both my husband’s cell phone and mine at night, and they BOTH turned off on multiple occasions while being plugged in and using fiber internet. We…

I just live the lullaby feature of this camera and how it really saves you from having to go into the room and waking up your baby. You can play a song right from your app and it will play over the camera in the room as well. We also tried it out as a way to keep an eye on our older kiddos in the upstairs area of our home. You can talk over the speaker to them to tell them it's time to eat or leave. They are able to respond so you can hear them. The picture quality is decent. Better than a lot of monitors I have seen on the market.

The Motorola PIP 1000 has got to be one of the best out there! The image is crystal clear quality and even the night vision is great! One thing I don't care for is the noise detection is very touchy so sometimes even the most slight sound sets it off.
