The Boss Plus Backpack is an updated take on their original Boss Backpack with a sleek design and premium features. Elevated with thoughtful details, this versatile bag spans the hospital to playdates to pumping. It also works well as an airplane carry-on or a car seat tag-along.
It has even more pockets (19 total), making it their most organized large capacity bag. More noteworthy features: insulated side bottle pockets, comfy shoulder straps, a roomy main compartment, felt line valuables pocket, signature rubber bottom feet and top-to-bottom zippers.

Purchased as a gift for my expectant granddaughters new baby. Far exceeded her expectations. She is so excited to be able to use this backpack. Best Diaper Bag
It’s finally here, and it is sooo pretty! It definitely fits more than my 22L Lululemon Diaper Bag but it does not look massive. I am so happy with the amount of compartment storage this bag has. I was able to pack my stuff and my baby’s stuff in this bag.
I was just disappointed with the shipping since I’m in Canada. It took sooo long to cross the border, and I had to pay extra for the customs despite also having to pay $50+ for shipping when I checked out.
Overall, I am happy with the product. The silly goose one looks so stunning too 🩷

Love it!
I love this bag so much. It has room for literally everything. I’m able to pack it for any type of outing, usually with room to spare. It’s so cute too.

How it opens so big to get things in and out
I bought this for my daughter for my daughter to use for my granddaughter. We love it so much. So many pockets and the best part is how the front opens up all the way so it’s easy to load and get things out of. The pink is adorable And the bow on the front just topped it off!

The ultimate diaper bag
3rd time mom and I finally purchased an Itzy ritzy bag. This is my 5th diaper bag and I wish I had made the purchase sooner. It’s all around worth it. Cute, comfortable, holds everything for all my kids, and most importantly well made. My other bags were uncomfortable to carry or didn’t last.

This bag is for the girlies !
My father bought this diaper bag as a gift in April and we just received it (July 3rd). It was definitely worth the wait, it had so many pockets, so much space & it is the cutest bag i’ve ever seen! As a 1st time mom that overpacks I definitely recommend!

Cute bag.. but it has some weight to it
While I love my boss plus larger diaper bag and how pretty it looks and the abundance of pockets and storage it offers, I’m trying to figure out why the bag is still super heavy to carry. Especially if I’m a short person just under 5’2. It seems like the less I try to put in the bag, no matter what, it is still somewhat heavy to carry. I’m not sure if it’s the material that it’s made out of. I have the Coffee & Cream color. I even got the mini plus bag for those short out of the house trips but…
