I love the carrier but avoid getting in the blue jean fabric. It is not soft and rough on baby’s skin. Would’ve rated 4 stars if it wasn’t for the fabric. My baby is on the fence about liking being in it. Will be returning and exchanging for a different fabric.

Easy to use and my baby loves it. She doesnt get fuzzy like she does with other carriers. She falls asleep easily.

This company is by far the best I’ve experienced. Their customer service is amazing, and communication was excellent from start to finish. My baby carrier unfortunately broke, and since it was a gift from my baby shower, I didn’t know who had purchased it. I wasn’t able to provide an email for them to look it up, and without any hesitation, they sent me a replacement. My baby and I use their carrier almost every day—it’s such a great product. The BEST Carrier
I absolutely love my Monarch Carrier! Truly makes getting out of the house, dog walks, and errands so much easier. The customer service team was incredibly helpful, kind, and quick to respond when I was in need of a replacement. I cannot recommend this carrier enough.

Great Product & Fantastic Customer Service
Love this carrier and have recommended to so many friends! Very comfortable and a breeze to put on, an essential when you have a toddler & newborn. Additionally, I had one issue that customer service responded to and resolved within 24 hours. They were so helpful and made me want to recommend this brand all the more!
