THE BEST CARRIER
Received this shower gift and it is BY FAR my favorite item off my registry. I walk EVERY DAY with my son (now 3 months) and it is 1) super stylish 2) comfortable for him & I 3) easy to put on and take off. My only wish is that it had a pouch on the waist band for a phone. But other than that, 10/10 - no notes.

10/10 Customer Service
First of all, I LOVE my carrier. I am a second time mom and this is by far my favorite carrier and has made the transition so easy. One example, my toddler is in a mommy and me gymnastics class and I can easily bring baby along for the fun while still engaging with my toddler. But my recent customer service experience was phenomenal. My carrier is about 5 months old and one of the button snaps came off that holds the extra head flap down. Comfy and Cute
After months of thinking about it, I finally decided to take the leap and I regret not getting it sooner. Shipping to Canada was very fast and the carrier is beautiful. I booked a consultation to ensure my son would be comfortable but also safe and Vanessa was fantastic to meet with.

Best carrier I’ve used!
