Overview
Description
Weighing only 13 lbs, the Alfa Lite features a zippered carry bag and fast, snap-open set up. The compact folded configuration snaps open to offer a full-size, padded sleeping area for infants and toddlers up to 35” tall.
A zip-open side panel allows for gentle placement and soothing of younger babies, while allowing older babies and toddlers to crawl directly in and out.
Alfa Lite features a waterproof mattress with a fitted sheet and playard fabrics that zip off for machine washing.

Fantastic Playard
After doing research about different options for playards, we landed on this one. It is extremely easy to set up and move around the house as needed. We also love that it zips down on the side so it’s flexible to use. The quality and price are great, and it’s more affordable than other options that are so similar. Definitely recommend!

Wanted to love it
Its great for traveling. But after the newborn phase my baby could not sleep more than an hour at a time in this. Its just not comfortable.

Great as a travel crib
We ended up buying two of these, one for travel and one for my parents’ place. They work great as travel cribs, though we did get a thin mattress for each for the bottom bc the one it came with is a bit hard for sleeping.

pass on this
It is definitely lightweight, easy to travel with and quick to set up. However as a portable crib, it leaves a lot to be desired. The mattress is awful and uncomfortable for our baby. I regret choosing this one because it's not compatible with other companies that sell better infant play yard mattresses. It is a safe sleep space but it certainly doesn't help our little one to sleep well. We were able to borrow a Graco pack n play from a friend and our baby fell asleep much more quickly. I love our other Chicco products but this one isn't it.

Easiest assembly ever!
LOVE this playard! This was our second portable crib purchase. The first one was some random BabyTrend one we got because it was what was in stock at Target. That thing was an absolute nightmare to put together and take apart. We gave that to Goodwill and searched this one out specifically for ease of assembly. Let me tell you it took LITERALLY TEN SECONDS from box to functional. Soooo happy!

Travel Playard
It’s great looking, sturdy and super functional for travel and play! Some critiques when using as a sleep space: I wish the pad was thicker; it’s pretty thin and mounted on top of a stiff board that sits on the floor. I understand the regulations to prevent suffocation, but seems like there could be a happy medium. Also, I’m short and have trouble reaching over the top rim to lower baby in and out smoothly, so although I’m thankful for the zippered side access, it’s still physically awkward…

Best Playpen
This thing is amazing! Super easy to setup and breakdown, as well as to clean. Love the neutral color and simple design.

Regret purchasing.
Mattress had more in common with a deflated air mattress than it did with a firm portable playyard mattress.
The covering was stretched out causing weird waves of loose fabric. Side walls being new were also stretched out. These two combined left concerns over safety.
Return process is also a hassle.

Wouldnt Recommend!
Would not recommend getting, like others have said mattress is way too hard. Had to return.

Good choice
Great choice. Good for sleeping or playing. Soft with good fabric quality. Easy clean, easy installed and easy to fold.
