Like most, I received no instructions and could not find an online manual. We had a very difficult time building it. Not a super intuitive build, but here’s a video if anyone needs it.
Have not gotten to use it for baby yet, but not super stoked that the bassinet is just held up by a fabric loop, for a “lux” product.

Difficult Build, Questionable on the “Lux”

Fine except for the bassinet and changing pad
It’s a decent value but a little difficult to set up. My main concern is the bassinet mattress which can’t be removed. There’s no way to keep it clean, and you can’t put sheets on it. We have a waterproof liner in there but only place her in there for brief periods of time, supervised.
The changing station pad also cannot be removed. However, it is wipeable, almost like a vinyl, but very cold on the baby’s skin. We also have a liner on that so it’s more comfortable for her and easier to…

One and Done after newborn blowouts - Not “Lux”
It’s okay. I was just thinking it would be more “luxurious”. I had the same problem with the newborn bassinet as other users, one blow out and it’s done. There’s not a good way to clean it and the pad is not removable or even coverable. Same with the bassinet, the mattress is removable but you’d think if they don’t sell sheets then they’d make the pad washable. I think I could have bought something cheaper for what we got imo.

Great pack n’ play

Great product - this is lightweight and easy to put together. Light grey color is also a lot over than all the black ones out there. Looks nice in our playroom.

Bassinet does not have removable cover and is not washable
The bassinet does not include a removable cover and is not on its own washable. My infant had a blow out within the first week of owning it and there was literally no way to clean it.

Frustrating to Assemble
Easily the most frustrating piece of baby equipment to assemble. No instruction manual in the box and could not locate one online, no videos for this exact one either. After an hour of wrestling it I eventually got it together and now have no idea how I'm going to take it apart to travel. Does appear sturdy and functional.
