Not worth the money at all. So bummed.
Every time my husband and I try to use this we get frustrated. It’s not comfortable at all nor easy to use. We found ourselves trying to find the instruction videos every time we wanted to use this. The straps to adjust are ridiculously long and you end up with straps hanging all over. So bummed we spent this amount of money on something so overly complicated and uncomfortable. Parents really just need easy and simple for baby products like this so that we have quick tools to use when we need…

The most comfortable baby carrier
The most comfortable baby carrier I have tried! I used 3 different carriers before this one and I would get back pain or shoulder pain but this carriers gives so much support I don't get either. Super comfortable, I have had it for 2 months and I definitely think it’s worth the purchase especially if you need to baby wear during some naps.

New to baby wearing so
New to baby wearing so nothing to compare it to but that being said, as a novice I appreciated the detailed instruction videos ergobaby has and I was able to figure out how to safely and properly use the carrier. I appreciate that this carrier goes from 7 lb infants to toddlers. My 11 lbs 7 week old fits well and after an initial period getting used to it she does great in it. I hook our portable sound machine to the hip strap and she gets a little carrier nap while I get things done. High price tag is worth it. Quality design and construction, you can tell.

Never again
One issue after another. Customer service is a total joke. Do yourself a favor and buy something else

Never Delivered
It took a full month before the delivery was scheduled through On Trac, and then it showed delivered but I never got the package. On Trac would not provide proof of delivery, but Ergobaby trusted their word that the package was delivered. Ergobaby would not provide a refund to me, and reluctantly offered to reship my order but I have no confidence that I’ll receive it this time or in a timely manner. So disappointed and frustrated with the level of support from Ergobaby and lack of concern on their part. Still no satisfactory resolution!

Absolutely love
FTM and I have tried multiple carriers. My son is 8 months and 21 lbs and has preferred front facing for the last few months. We’re avid travelers and hikers and I am absolutely in love with this carrier. It is so comfortable for both him and I. I’m almost upset it took me this long to find it!

You won’t regret it!
My husband and I bought an older Omni 360 second hand and I thought it was too busy to learn. I later purchased the Embrace and it was perfect for me as it was so simple to use! Now that our LO is getting bigger I decided to buy the Delux and I LOVE it. Yes, it’s a learning curve but the instructional videos are so so useful. We now put the 360 and Delux on the “t-shirt” method and I take the Delux everywhere! (We should have watched the videos when we purchased the 360 originally!) Baby falls asleep in all carriers. It’s worth every cent.
