Doesn’t work for me
Whatever I do, my 8 week olds head is flopping everywhere. I’ve watched lots of videos, read the instructions, but I can’t get him to sit far enough down the carrier. His ear is never lined up with the pillow. I feel like you shouldn’t have to troubleshoot for eight weeks with such an expensive product. I would rather just carry him in my arms if u have to constantly support baby’s head and neck anyway? Disappointed
