M: Underbust 31–34 in (80–87 cm); Lower abdomen 35–43 in (90–110 cm)
L: Underbust 35–37 in (88–95 cm); Lower abdomen 39–47 in (100–120 cm)
XL: Underbust 38–40 in (96–103 cm); Lower abdomen 44–51 in (112–132 cm)
2XL: Underbust 41–45 in (104–115 cm); Lower abdomen 52–59 in (133–149 cm)
Momcozy also recommends sizing up if your measurements are close to the upper end of a size range.

Great quality & back support
I ordered this about 5-7 days post c-section last March. It was my 3rd baby, but first time c-section. I looked all over Amazon and settled on this brand. Definitely gave core support while standing/ walking to do little chores in the house, or to go out to appts or store. Very easy to put on standing or laying down, and easy because it has 3 diff velcros. The fabric in places got a tiny bit fuzzy from repeated velcro but not bad. Used a fabric pilling shaver.I found it best not to bend over…

Amazing product
This product was God sent because it made my c section postpartum abdominal feel better. It kept things tigh. Its not itchy like most wraps. Although it was very expansive i still prefer this over any other wraps I tried

After my C-section, the Momcozy Ergowrap Postpartum Belly Binder gave a really reassuring feeling of support, it genuinely helped in those early days. The quality is great and it does fit well.That said, wearing it regularly takes a bit of discipline, especially when youre sleep deprived and nursing round the clock, I found I didnt use it as consistently as Id have liked, just because theres always something else demanding your hands and attention.
