Wait a little while before using
Needed this postpartum and it worked after most of the swelling went down, i couldn t use it before then as it was too uncomfortable, but overall did a good job

Plus size friendly!
I was worried being a plus size girl.. but it fit great. I have plenty of movement to go up or down. You can also sit without it folding!!

surprisingly useful beyond postpartum recovery
