The Tula Original Baby Carrier is a structured soft carrier designed for babies and toddlers from 7–45 lbs, offering room to grow through the carrying years.
Two ergonomic carry positions—front inward-facing and back carry—give you flexibility as baby grows. A structured panel supports ergonomic positioning for healthy hip and spine development in both modes.
Padded shoulder straps and a wide waistband work together to distribute weight evenly across your body, keeping carrying comfortable and supportive.
The carrier is crafted from a soft, breathable linen fabric with a naturally elevated texture. The material keeps things lightweight and comfortable while giving the carrier a refined, polished look.
A matching removable hood offers sun protection when you need it and stows away when you don’t. A phone pocket keeps your everyday items within easy reach. When it’s time to clean, the carrier is machine washable for straightforward everyday care.

Works great, not super easy on back

Fits my 2 month old perfectly but gets very tiring on upper and lower back after only an hour. Wish it had more support. But baby loves it and falls asleep almost immediately even when fussy.

Wish the material was softer!

This carrier is very sturdy and easy to use. My only wish is for the linen material to be a bit softer - my baby has eczema and I worry that the carrier might irritate his rashes.

I’m really happy with my Tula ftg! The only one I can walk with for ages and doesn’t hurt my back. I got the linen one and it keeps me and my baby cool. Highly recommended!
