Packaging Issue
I had to return the first pale as it came delivered with multiple dents. The second one came delivered with a singular dent that I was able to push out for the most part and can’t be bothered to return again. Whoever designed the packaging for this needs to reevaluate. It obviously is getting dented in transit, but there’s absolutely no protection within the box preventing that from happening. If I had an option of buying this in store or from anywhere else I would. I definitely would not…

Free replacement bag holder ring.
THis company goes above and beyond with regard to customer service. We needed a new bag holder ring for our Ubbi diaper pail and when we went to their website, we found it we could get it without any charge and free shipping. excellent support and this company stands behind their product.

Great Concealer of the Dirty Work
During pregnancy, I was most excited to have this on my registry. 6 months after having our daughter, I still love it and couldn't imagine any other diaper pale. We use reusable diapers and a line for the Ubbi pail and we never seem to notice a smell. I loved it so much my sister ended up getting one too!

Not for us; Diaper Genie is the way to go
After a ton of research my husband and I registered for this diaper pail for our first. We changed it often but any time you opened it the smell would just hit you in the face…it was terrible. For the most part when it was closed it did a good job but we eventually couldn’t take it anymore and replaced it.
Our friends had the diaper genie platinum and so we gave that a go and it’s hands down way better & we never deal with any smell.

this is second time it arrived dented, broken box. we have to buy a new box to return it back.

Does not keep smells in. Works fine for new borns but not recommended once eating solids.

Odor, mold, & rust - great customer service
My Ubbi diaper pail was great at first, but I started noticing that it started to smell horribly. I saw online that you should only clean it with a dry cloth, but that did nothing. I then started to notice that it started growing black mold and was rusting. I spoke with Fred R. From customer service and he responded to my messages so quickly and was extremely helpful. He kept me updated about my order, and answered all of my questions with ease. Its not often that you are able to have positive communication with customer service, but Fred was so great and helped me with my concerns.

Love this product, great experience
I love my Ubbi diaper pail! I have used mine for over a year now and it has been great. I had a few questions about the product and customer service was so responsive, helpful, kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend this product!

It's exactly what you need to avoid those unpleasant smells from accumulated dirty diapers, plus the size is ideal—not so small that nothing fits, nor so huge that you can never fill it.
