I see the concept but the one I have the diapers just stay at the top I have to to push it all the way down or open the latch to get it to go down with my own hands. Ugh

Good pail
Easy to use once you get it set up. I struggled a little with the bags at first because I took off a tab I wasn't supposed to and they all came out at once, but since I got the gift set I got a second pack to try to open correctly and that went fine. I did manage to put the first pack back together too so it wasn't a waste.
