Description
The hands-free Willow Wearable Breast Pump has a quiet, compact, in-bra design with no cords, tubes or dangling bottles so you can pump wherever, whenever.
It has seven levels of suction, as well as a sensitivity setting for comfort. Willow has upgraded their 3.0 pump to include an additional flange size (it now comes with 21mm and 24mm) to be more inclusive.
Willow is 100% leak-proof in any position. You can achieve 360 degrees of freedom with patented, continuous suction technology. It even works while you’re lying down or doing yoga.
Choose from two ways to pump: you have flexibility to pump on the go and keep milk safe with spill-proof, self-sealing hygienic storage bags, or pump, pour and repeat with eco-friendly reusable containers (sold separately).
The Smart Suction technology automatically transitions from Stimulation to Expression at let down, and adjusts based on your unique suction preferences to help you get more milk. You can connect to the Willow App for real time session volume, pumping history and personalized tips. You can also stop, start, adjust and track production with the app, on your phone or Apple watch.
When you’re done, there are just two parts to clean (and they’re dishwasher-safe).

As a mom of two, this was a game changer for me. Being able to play with my toddler while pumping for the newborn is truly incredible. Using the bags means it is truly leakproof, necessary for pumping with a toddler. I truly wouldn’t be able to maintain my breastfeeding journey if I didn’t have the willow allowing me to pump while on the move. The app works well and the battery life on the pumps is great. Love this pump! I’ve used it for all three of my babies and have no clue how people do it without a hands free portable pump. I don’t have to stop what I’m doing to pump and can just wear it while I’m doing my chores, going on an errand, wherever. I loved it so much with my first two I bought another for my third!

I give 3 stars because this is the SECOND time buying, just to make sure it doesnt get damage fast, i brought a extra warranty . My first product was good and the 360 is the thing that made me buy it again. the first time around the product lasted like 6-7 months , i then got a replacement from the warranty, but then the REPLACEMENT lasted like 2 months and then i didnt have more warrant in the product , so i HOPE this one doents give me the same problem and can be with me 2 years a least

Very difficult to learn how

Very difficult to learn how to use. You can’t tell what stimulation or expression levels you’re at without the being connected to the app. The Bluetooth and app connection is extremely frustrating, a majority of the time the pump will not connect to the app yet it will connect to the phone. You’re given a list of things to try yet none of it works until you contact support. If you are able to connect to the app and set suction preferences the pump still will not proceed to those settings. Even with correct flange sizing I have to pump for over 30 minutes and my breasts still aren’t empty.

I used the same punp with my first child in 2024 and had a great experience. I work full time in a demanding job and being able to pump on the go - sometimes literally (driving, walking, etc. ) - while still working on my laptop, etc. meant that I never had to miss pumping and didnt miss a beat at work either. It was a no trainer to me when it came time to decide what pump to get for this child.

Leaky and frustrated

This has been the worst experience for an item I spent this much money on. They leak milk, my collection cups are unusable and have never been able to get milk in, I am getting poor output, they are too finicky to set up and confusing no matter how many times I set it up with the instructions in front of me. I’m overtaking extremely disappointed and now am having issues with my return to work due to this. Would not recommend.

Not worth buying
I bought these with the intention to pump when going back to work and they started of with issues staying in the chamber and not fully going in to the reusable container (had to buy because the bags fill up with just air) so some of my milk gets spilled every time. And now after almost two months of use one pump won’t turn on as it says it’s dead. I fully charge it and it still won’t work and now the other pump is starting to make sounds when I first connected to it. I’m very disappointed in the…

Do not purchase
I purchased the 360 to use while at work. I used it 16 times and it stopped working. It’s so hard how to figure out how to properly align. When the orange light blinks it’s difficult to figure out why and how to fix it. I used the reusable containers which cost $70 extra dollars. I bought it while on maternity leave and didn’t like it and only began using when I returned to work. It malfunctioned at work. It was blinking orange and figured out it was the container.
