The cups include 24 mm soft silicone flanges. Willow also offers compatible sizing options:

Silicone inserts in 15 mm, 17 mm, 19 mm, and 21 mm to fit inside the larger flanges for a more customized fit.

I am a big BIG fan of these! I had been using the Medela hand pump, and switching to the double wearable hand pump was a game changer. I was done pumping in 7 min in the middle of the night! Amazing! The silicone is so soft. I do use the 15 sizing inserts and they work great. I love that I can use them with my Spectra as well. Much more comfortable than the dangling bottles!

Really love the cup part of this! Stays on well, collects well and makes everything hands free which is great. The only negative is the tubing part. It’s easy for milk to backflow into the tubing if you aren’t watching it and milk overflows.

I love love love that I can manually pump without having to have a bulky cup in front of me. I can not only do this discreetly but having a 2 and 1 year old makes this especially easier without having to worry about them knocking it over or out of my hands!
