The cups include 24 mm soft silicone flanges. Willow also offers compatible sizing options:
21 mm flange
24 mm flange
27 mm flange
Silicone inserts in 15 mm, 17 mm, 19 mm, and 21 mm to fit inside the larger flanges for a more customized fit.
Can you choose to only use 1 cup and pump on 1 side?

Best manual pump I have used yet! I have used Medela, Lansinoh and even Parent’s Choice & none of them could beat this one! So efficient to be able to do both AND have the flexibility to move the hand pump around. Suction is great (& to your preference of course), easy to wash, easy to assemble and the cups fit comfortably in any bra. The price point is great as well.
