The cups include 24 mm soft silicone flanges. Willow also offers compatible sizing options:

Silicone inserts in 15 mm, 17 mm, 19 mm, and 21 mm to fit inside the larger flanges for a more customized fit.

I absolutely love my Willow breast pump! It has quickly become my main pump, and I barely use my Spectra anymore except for overnight pumping. I get just as much milk with my Willow as I did with my Spectra, which honestly surprised me. I love being hands-free and able to move around, get things done, and take care of my baby while pumping. It’s made pumping so much easier and more convenient, and I’m so happy I decided to get it!

This has been the #1 game-changing purchase for me during my breastfeeding journey, and I can confidently say that using these cups with my electric pump absolutely kept me from quitting pumping months ago. SO comfortable and so much easier to hold and play with my baby while pumping than the standard flange/bottles. I also really appreciate the discreet way the cups fit in any bra so that I can pump with friends/family around and not feel weird haha. Can't recommend this product enough!

fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice (or thrice) shame on me.
I really want to love these but the backflow is a real issue. The first time it happened, it nearly ruined my Spectra pump. Backflow issue happened three times in a week meaning I have to replace the tubing each time. What a hassle.
