Amazingly quiet wearable pump
Unfortunately I have to exclusively pump with this second baby, so a wearable breast pump was absolutely needed this go-around with having a toddler to chase around as well. I ve heard someone refer to your medical-grade pump as your meal pump and your wearable as your snack pump and it s so true. Hands-free pump
Love being able to pump hands-free and on the go! Very convenient for when you have to pump at work. It is audible, as pretty much any pump is going to be, but it's not overly loud and it's easy for people to tune out as background noise. It's easy to take apart and clean (I use a bottle washer), as well as to put back together. It's comfortable and I get decent output. App is easy to use.

A moms must have
I have two babies under 2. My oldest son is 18 months and my youngest is 2 months. I got the M9 this time around, before I had other pumps. I’m not sure if it’s the M9 that makes my supply crazy or hormones or maybe both but M9 has help me pack away 100 frozen bags of breast milk, I even started feeding my 18 month old old breast milk again. From 4 stars to 1 star for me :(
I loved these until the same part of the flange kept breaking. Customer service was so kind to send me replacements but I needed 3 replacements in 2 months. I would love to give them 4 stars otherwise but this seems like a serious design flaw. I used them 4-5 times a day, and cleaned them in a bottle washer. I tried to be as gentle as possible when unclicking the milk collection from the flange.

Look Mom No Hands! Works Great!

Expensive replacement parts, constant issues, not manufactured well!
The product worked great upfront, however in a few weeks the flange broke. The parts that connect to the collection cup snap off. I got a new one thinking it was a one-off only to have this issue happen again. Now I am having another issue where the milk is sucking but not collecting in the collection cup properly so the milk leaks everywhere. All of this has happened in less than a month. My New Favorite Momcozy Pump
I ve been a loyal M5 user for a while, but I honestly love the M9 even more! Momcozy has always been my favorite breast pump brand, and this one did not disappoint. The suction is strong but still comfortable, and I really like how easy it is to control everything through the app. It s also relatively quiet, which is a huge plus when I m pumping while my baby is sleeping. The Cozy Red color is so pretty, too. I also love that the pump is fairly discreet under clothing and doesn t stand out too much. Overall, I m really impressed with it!

I have been using the Momcozy M9 hands free breast pump, and while I like the convenience of a wearable pump, I think there are some areas that could be improved.
