Thanks to the unique combination of a 105-degree opening angle, soft rim and oval shape for a better fit, the PersonalFit Flex breast shield puts less pressure on your milk ducts, resulting in a more effective and comfortable pumping experience. This also optimizes milk flow.
The unique ergonomic handle has 2-Phase Expression technology to allow you to mimic your baby’s sucking rhythm. First use the short side at a fast pace to stimulate milk flow; after you see breast milk flowing, use the long side of the handle to extract your milk.

Can you use on both sides?
Best Answer: This pump is designed for pumping one side at a time. If you need to pump both sides simultaneously, you might want to look into a double electric pump.
Can you use this for let-down on the non-feeding breast while breastfeeding?
Best Answer: You can totally use this for collecting let-down. You'll have to keep holding it though, so it won't be the most convenient passive collector.
Does this come with 2 pumps (one for each breast) or only one pump?

Perfect Manual Pump

The Medela Harmony Manual Breast Pump is perfect for new and experienced moms. It provides excellent suction and extraction of breast milk. Very easy to assemble and clean between uses. The handle gives it a perfect grip for a seamless pump. I keep one in my "mommy bag" for use at work and one at home. It works great for both pre birth and postpartum pumping.

Great for camping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was great when we went camping it was clean and steralised and left in the car if we got stuck longer then expected on the road visiting family and friends or when we went camping and Found it relatively easy to clean although i typically struggled to put it back together again but hubby could do it really quickly.

Good to have

I used this for one month and appreciated it. It was especially useful when I had to nurse on one side only. It’s easy to use and comfortable. It is more of a short season pump, as your hand may be tired if you’re someone who wants to pump for a long period of time. I would suggest this to every breastfeeding mother.

Great little handheld pump

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got one of these for free during my sons hospital stay as he is breastfed but was too unwell to feed directly, the pump is super easy to put together and take apart for cleaning and very easy to use I was able to get almost as much as my electric pumps. The flange is not the right size for me but I know you can buy other sizes which is great as some pumps do not have options, the little stand is handy too I would have lost heaps of milk with out it I tend to spill. Would and have recommended this product to friends and family!

Amazing pump

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this manual pump. I easily get a bottle pumped in the same amount of time as my electric pump. I swapped the valve to a duck bill valve and it's perfect. So convenient and easy to take on the go. I use this pump all the time. The bottle teat that it comes with is really good as well - my son attaches really well on it.

This is the best hand pump . It remove milk very fast and the workflow is great. The suction is very strong . The parts are easy to put together. It’s very durable and easy to clean.

The Medela Harmony Manual breast pump is a sinple lightweight option that’s great for occasional use or on the go pumping. It’s easy to assemble, quiet and the manual handle gives you control oher suction, making it comfortable. However, it can be tiring umto use for longer sessions.
