Thanks to the unique combination of a 105-degree opening angle, soft rim and oval shape for a better fit, the PersonalFit Flex breast shield puts less pressure on your milk ducts, resulting in a more effective and comfortable pumping experience. This also optimizes milk flow.
The unique ergonomic handle has 2-Phase Expression technology to allow you to mimic your baby’s sucking rhythm. First use the short side at a fast pace to stimulate milk flow; after you see breast milk flowing, use the long side of the handle to extract your milk.

Can you use on both sides?
Best Answer: This pump is designed for pumping one side at a time. If you need to pump both sides simultaneously, you might want to look into a double electric pump.
Can you use this for let-down on the non-feeding breast while breastfeeding?
Best Answer: You can totally use this for collecting let-down. You'll have to keep holding it though, so it won't be the most convenient passive collector.
Does this come with 2 pumps (one for each breast) or only one pump?

A must have in the pumping tool kit!
Amazing! So simple and effective! I highly recommend for those with oversupply. Pumping is exhausting with all the parts and time, so I decided to try this and I got over 3 oz from both breasts within just 5 minutes altogether, relieving pressure with a "power pump", and will do a longer pump with Spectra later, when baby is sleeping.

If you are a breastfeeding and pumping mom you know this is a must have. Especially late at night when you don’t want to mess with the electric pump, feeding on one side and hand pumping on the other is so helpful to keep supply up! I would consistently get so much output with just the hand pumping that I had to get larger bottles! The auction is great and the flange has other size options you can get to meet your size needs. It’s super portable and compact which is awesome for travel too.

I received the Medela Harmony Manual breast pump for free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review, and I’m genuinely impressed with it. What I love most is how portable it is. Comfortable and easy to use

I received this product for free to review. This manual pump was very comfortable and easy to use. I haven’t pumped in a while and have been wanting to get back into the swing of things and was able to pump quite a bit on this first session. It came with pretty much everything you need to get started. Love that it’s portable and I can take it on the go.

This is hands down the best manual breast pump I've used. I've breastfeed/pumped for three babies. I've tried so many pumps. I always thought manual pumps were not easy and I couldn't use them until this one! It is so easy to set up AND so easy to use. I was very surprised! Medela has always been known to be the best and I highly recommend this. It also was super easy to disassemble and wash the parts too! The bags that came with it are super strong and sturdy also!!

Absolutely Great ! Very portable and easy to take on the Go ! Very ergonomic , suction is perfect with no pulling. It seems to do a great job for a manual. I think that’s a great added perk to be able to control for comfort levels. It’s very easy to assemble. And holds a good bit of milk. Overall I recommend for all new moms.

First time trying out a manual pump and I’m impressed with the results. It’s easy to assemble, doesn’t make noise which I love, and easy clean up. I also like that there’s a top to store milk in case I pump while at work. Overall great manual pump!
