Can I purchase other silicone flange insert sizes?
Best Answer: Yes. You can purchase replacement Medela Melody InBra silicone inner shields in different sizes. They are available in 21 mm, 24 mm, and 27 mm, so if you need a different fit, you can swap out the inner shield without replacing the entire pump.

Disappointed
This is my fourth type of breast pump (third baby). It does not work as well as the plug-in medelas or other brands of wearables.

This breast pump is stunning. I love the suction on it. It looks a little scary but it’s very comfortable. It also has digital reader. The container is easy to clean and hard to break. I’m excited!

I’ve really been enjoying the Medela Melody InBra.What I like most is that i can pump while doing other things without being connected to a cord. It’s lightweight and discreet , and I don’t even have to take off my bra to use it .It fits easily into my routine and makes pumping feel less disruptive.

I absolutely love the Medela Melody InBra wearable breast pump! It’s very convenient and durable! The soft silicone shield are comfortable and the pump fits nicely without feeling overly bulky. My favorite is the pump and store container making easy to store especially when on the go. Hold up to 5oz on each side and the battery life lasts up to 10 pumps!

Not happy with my purchase
Not happy with it. The sizes that comes for the nipples are not enough (I’m size 19mm) and I have to use size 21mm which makes the suction painful and very low milk comes out.

I really like the Medela Melody In-Bra because it is convenient and comfortable to use. The capacity is good for collecting milk, and the suction works well and feels gentle. I also like that it is easy to store and does not take up much space. The design is ergonomic and comfortable to wear, which makes pumping more convenient. It is also easy to clean and maintain after each use. Overall, I really like this breast pump and would recommend it to other moms looking for something comfortable and practical.

Great hands free pump!

Super easy to use and very comfortable. I love that it fits right in my bra so I can move around and having only 4 parts makes cleaning a breeze. The included sizing inserts made me getting the right fit effortless. The only thing I didn’t love is that the milk container can be a little tricky to clean because of the inner corners and crevices, but overall it’s a great pump.

Super comfortable and by for the quietest wearable pump that I’ve used. It’s great for discreet pumping, but I don’t get quite as much output as I’m used to with my regular pump. Still a great convenience option.

Unmatched convenience & excellent suction

I have tried 3 other wireless pumps and none of them worked for me. I always went back to my plug in clunky one but when I tried this Medela Melody…….. game changer. It has amazing suction & switches between the cycles automatically which is so convenient when using handsfree. The pour spouts on the containers are such great quality they don’t spill any milk when transferring into a bottle and can also be used for storage themselves and stand upright independently. Mid tier wearable pump

Pros:
- no wires! This pump can be worn in your bra and is sleek enough to make that happen!
- while it is audible, it’s quiet enough to let a sleeping baby keep sleeping
- easy flange size adjustment - swapping the soft silicone bit to fit my flange size at the time is easy and the flange pieces are affordable!
Cons:
- output: I personally saw a reduction in my output compared to walled models
- cleaning: so many bits and bobs to clean with lots of crevices but this is not a unique complaint to me deal
- no wires! This pump can be worn in your bra and is sleek enough to make that happen!
