Very comfortable and efficient

I’m surprised by the suction power it has. It’s incredible how it can extract enough milk in minutes and the best thing is that you don’t need to use your hands since they work on their own. In addition, they are much more comfortable and effective and you can have them without problems inside your bra without having to lift or open your blouse somewhere, everything is more practical and private. Overall it is a good pump! So far it seems like I get an ok output! Compared to my other wearables it’s about the same! It’s very quiet and doesn’t stick out far when in my bra. Only thing that made me give it a 4/5 was the containers. Their design makes them hard to clean.

The Medela Melody InBra is quieter and less bulky than my other wearable pumps and removes milk more efficiently. It isn't as effective as my primary pump, but that's to be expected for a wearable.
I wish this pump came with a case or travel baggage to keep everything together when not in use, but I appreciate that the pumps use USB-C so it's easy to find a charger if I need one while on the go. I also wish it came with smaller flange inserts because all the ones provided are way too…

Great on the go pump

The Medela in Bra pump is a very discreet way to pump. It fits well into the bra and doesn’t move or spill out when you bend over. It is very comfortable and can hold up to 5 ounces in each cup. It is also very simple to take apart and wash. I haven’t been able to get a great suction from it like a wall pump, but when on the go, this pump makes my job a lot easier and I do still get a bit of milk and relief from the pump.

These are so mommy-on-the-go perfect! Ive used them on several day trips as they are convenient and quiet(not the most quite but better than most). There a bit bulky but easy to carry . The charge lasts about 5-7 pumps. I use them for about half the day. At first they were complicated to clean but the best method is by using my dishwasher gloves and cleaning using my fingertip and a breast pump cleaning soap 🧼. Gets into those corners with ease! Slim, powerful wearable pump

This wearable pump was slimmer than my previous model which is a plus. Thicker pumps tend to stick out more making it more obvious that you’re pumping. I liked that there were different sized breast shields included, but I didn’t notice a label so it was difficult for me to determine the different sizes. The pump was comfortable and not very loud so you could discreetly pump around others or in public. The display was large so it’s easy to keep an eye on the minutes while pumping. I liked this pump.

Great new Medela pump

So nice to see a new pump from Medela! I love their hand pump, and I have a different wearable pump, so I was really excited to try this. Overall it works well and gives me comparable output to my other pumps. I wish it had covers or a carrying bag or something like that, and came with more flange size options. But it's great otherwise!

They really thought of everything with this pump. It easily comes apart, goes back together and a huge bonus is that the milk is sealed in a twist off spout, so there is no more worrying about spilling milk while leaning over! I also love that it’s got a slim profile, it’s quiet and it has a little plug to insert for easy storage.

I really wanted to like these. But I was totally disappointed. The only things I liked about these pumps was how they fit in my bra how easy it was to turn them on and off see the minutes and the suction level. But these pumps just did not work for me. I am currently 11 months postpartum and have been pumping for most of this time and have never gotten a supply so small from a pump. I honestly think it’s because of how the flange fits.
