Can any of the parts be sterilized?
Best Answer: Yes, you can sterilize the washable parts of the Motif Medical Aura Glow Wearable Breast Pump. To do so, disassemble all components that come into contact with breast milk—such as the breast shields, silicone inserts, diaphragms, valves, and collection containers—excluding the motor. Place these parts in a pot, cover them with water, bring to a boil, and let them boil for 5 minutes. After boiling, remove the parts with clean tongs and place them on a clean paper towel or dish towel to air dry completely.

I am a first time mom and never review anything but felt compelled to review these. I wasn’t sure if all the hype/positive reviews were real but these absolutely saved me. My baby came a little earlier than expected so I’ve had to pump since day 1 to feed him. I find the plug in pump intimidating so for the first few days these have been the only way I could possibly nurse. The cups are so soft, the modes are very intuitive, and the setup/cleanup is pretty simple. The nightlight is unexpectedly helpful for middle of the night pumping, too!!

Great wearable pump
I have been using this pump daily for 10 weeks now, and it has been seemingly pretty efficient. Personally, I find the expression mode to be the best out of all of the modes on this pump - it removes more milk in half the time on this setting. I’d like to note this is the only electric pump i have used so far. Minus one star because one of the motors stopped working after 9 weeks of use.

My first wearable pump and I’m not disappointed!!!
This pump is amazing for me it empties 3-7 ounces out of both breast almost every time there extremely comfortable just sense it’s my first wearable it’s hard to move around in a everyday bra I do recommend getting a nursing bra for a tighter fit and less leakage! But I haven’t had any troubles with motif what so ever and love there items! I very much do recommend this pump as a secondary option!

I wish I could love this, it’s wearable in the sense there are no additional tubes or wires but it’s still pretty cumbersome. I haven’t gotten great output with this at all and I wish I hadn’t gotten it, I get much better results with my Spectra S1.

The Best Wearable!!
This pump is my go to wearable by far! I’ve tried several and it is my absolute favorite. It works just as good as my Luna. I use it in the general pumping mode and it takes away the guess work for getting great output. I fully plan for this pump to be my main when I return To work.

LOVE this is my 4th attempt at finding a wearable I like and respond to. I love my Motif Luna so I figured why not try a motif wearable, I only wish I had found it sooner! The flanges are buttery soft and come with flange inserts in a variety of sizes which is already a win in my book not having to buy them separately hoping they fit. The diaphragm design is 10/10 not having to worry about milk back flowing into the motors like I have in the past. Instructions are clear as to what each mode…

Flimsy Opening Part
Love the pump except for the fact that it leaks. The top part that is responsible for opening and closing the container is very flimsy and doesn’t stay on very good. it will leak all over you until you get annoyed like i am. i wish i bought a pump that the opening part wasnt so flimsy

Love my Motifs!

I had to start combo feeding because my little wasn’t gaining adequate weight off breastmilk alone. My supply dropped until almost gone. These pumps have restored my production, actually improved it on my slacker side! And my self esteem too!! I am so thankful and don’t regret this purchase AT ALL!! So much easier to maintain and I prefer these over my Spectra S2. Battery usually lasts 3 pumps and I use it on cluster feed at level 5 on both sides
