- Cleaning and care: Wash with warm soapy water after each use; sterilize with boiling water or steam at 212°F for 5–10 minutes; rinse thoroughly and allow to dry
- Recommended replacement schedule: Every 3 months with regular use

Be aware; 1 insert of each size in the box
This was exactly what I needed for my wearable pump. I bought this knowing that there was only one insert for each size in the box, because I personally need a different size for each breast. Pay attention when you order to ensure you are getting the box that has 2 inserts for each size when you are ordering.

Exactly as described
These are the only flanges that actually feel good on my nipples in any of my pumps, I tried a random off brand and it hurt so bad but these are perfect, I love them!

Same as original, compatible with spectra
These flange inserts are the same as what comes with the original momcozy wearable pump, which some reviews say they are not. In the picture I have the momcozy insert (left) and a generic insert from another retailer (right). As you can see the left one is much more soft in texture providing a more comfortable feel and pumping experience. I use these inserts for my spectra pump and they fit perfect!
