How much does each cup hold and are they dishwasher safe?

Best Answer:  Each cup holds up to 2oz of milk. Don't sterilize or run through the dishwasher. Clean the cups by soaking them in warm, soapy water. Rinse and air dry.

LEAKS BEWARE
These are terrible and leak all over you regardless of the seal is perfectly assembled or not. Haaka cups are much much better and more comfortable.

Leaks milk every time.
You have to be very careful and make sure that the silicone is attached properly. And even after you do that, they can move just by placing them in your bra so you don't realize till it's too late and your brain is soaked through with milk. There are much better made cups from other brands.
