How much does each cup hold and are they dishwasher safe?

Best Answer:  Each cup holds up to 2oz of milk. Don't sterilize or run through the dishwasher. Clean the cups by soaking them in warm, soapy water. Rinse and air dry.

They’re comfortable and do their job! My only complaint is that the front is flat. I wish it was more rounded so it looked more natural through a shirt. I don’t feel like I can wear them in public because they look weird.

LEAKS BEWARE
These are terrible and leak all over you regardless of the seal is perfectly assembled or not. Haaka cups are much much better and more comfortable.
