Doesn’t keep milk cold, assembly malfunctions
I bought this cooler with high expectations, however not only does the ice puck get stuck at the bottom( which it has several times now and it is officially completely lodged unable to move) the ice does not stay frozen at all. They say in my freezer for 48 hours prior to first use and they melted and left the milk warm after five hours of use even though it is advertised to keep the milk cool for 24 hours. I had to discard 9 oz of milk for being too warm despite being in the cooler immediately.

Must have

As a mom who pumps full-time, this thing has been such a holy grail in our household. It allows me to pump on the go with comfort, knowing I have somewhere to store my milk safely and not worry about how it will make my baby feel.

Breastmilk on the go!

Breastmilk on the go with ease! This cooler can maintain a safe temperature of your liquid gold for 24 hours! It holds 20oz easily, either in a storage bag, bottle or dumped into the bottle provided. It also comes with two ice pucks to also help with cooling.

Breast milk safe

Love that it holds lots of milk! Easy to handle and to slide off the stainless steel top right off, I would say it’s very easy to assembly. Keeps the milk cold, I haven’t had it out as many hours to know if really last that long. I’m a stay at home mom so hardly out. Still comes in handy! I have had no leakage problem at all. A little heavy but but not to bad.

Great for travel

Whether you're pumping on the go or your partner is traveling with the baby and needs to bring milk along, this cooler is handy. In my experience so far, the milk stays cool and the bottle doesn't leak. I wish the ice pucks could go in the bottle washer or dishwasher, but they need to be washed by hand. The top ice puck is actually the lid for the milk storage bottle, and there's a crevice in it that can be annoying to wash by hand. Then you need to wait for it to be completely dry before you

Don’t buy. It will break
I bought this on Amazon and it’s broken by day 4 of use. I can’t get the bottom puck out to freeze it. Literally have bleeding knuckles trying to pry it out and have tried everything. It’s a great concept and I love the container that holds the milk. But the puck will get stuck and then it’s just broken. I tried Fridamoms AI support and this isn’t a product listed to even open a ticket to get it fixed. With the cost of this it should work.

Didn't perform as expected

I was so excited to try the Frida Mom Milk Cooler Thermos, and as I just got back from a long roadtrip, this product came at the perfect time.

I exclusively pump and have an oversupply so I appreciate the 20fl oz bottle capacity. I do have some cons though. The cooler claims to keep milk chilled for up to 24hrs, but even with freezing the ice pucks for over 24hrs the milk was only slightly cool after 6ish hours.

I alsohad problems with the bottle cap loosening while inside of the

Love the concept but it broke on first use.
Same issue as mentioned by another reviewer - the bottom puck got stuck on my first use so I’m unable to use the product now. We tried everything to get it out (banging on it, prying at it, warming it under hot water).
