I used this to keep my milk cold at work. It works pretty well. It’s kind of bulky and the packs melted pretty quickly but it worked for me during the day. I through it in the dishwasher to clean and worked well.

Ice puck stuck
Used once and the ice puck got stuck at the bottom of the container. Only leaving 2 stars because Frida is replacing it for me. Crossing my fingers for the next one to work well.

Just throwyour money & milk in the trash
Awful design. Leaks milk & if you accidentally put the wrong 1 of 2 pucks, it will get stuck then the cooler is not useable.

Not quite cold enough
I really like the design of this cooler. It does not keep freshly expressed milk cool fir 24 hours, I tried to use it on a 12-hour road trip and about at 8 hours I put the milk in another cooler due to ice packs getting warm.

Insert bottom puck with the logo UP
Make sure you insert the bottom ice puck with the logo UP. The first cooler I purchased, I inserted it upside down and it got stuck. However, Frida Customer Service was super quick and helpful and sent me a free replacement when I couldn’t get it unstuck. Props for making it a smooth and fast process to make it right! With my new one, I’ve been inserting the puck with the logo up and haven’t had a single issue.
