Working mom of three here who wishes I would’ve had a cooler like this for my first two babies! I’ve done a lot of pumping in the office, on the road, in airports, etc., and this cooler is the perfect size to transport for breastfeeding moms on the go. Impressed with how secure it was to keep milk cool so I didn’t have to worry all my hard work would go bad before I could get it to a fridge.

I am a nursing mom and carrying pumped milk is one of the toughest job but with this cooler my life is been better. I in love with Frida cooler it holds the milk for almost 12/14 hour. It keeps the milk secure . Easy to use . Perfect for a long travel with the infant.

Stylish and practical cooler

It’s such a well thought out cooler and so nice to carry around. It holds up to 20 oz milk and keeps it cold for hours. The cap doesn’t leak at all. I also love that outside is stainless steel and the bottle has an ice puck on the bottom and an ice cap on the top to keep the milk nice and cold. You just put the bottle inside and carry it by the handle like a regular water bottle. Flow and Go is definitely one of my favorite products from Frida.

Convenient

I used this to keep my milk cold at work. It works pretty well. It’s kind of bulky and the packs melted pretty quickly but it worked for me during the day. I through it in the dishwasher to clean and worked well.

Ice puck stuck
Used once and the ice puck got stuck at the bottom of the container. Only leaving 2 stars because Frida is replacing it for me. Crossing my fingers for the next one to work well.

Just throwyour money & milk in the trash
Awful design. Leaks milk & if you accidentally put the wrong 1 of 2 pucks, it will get stuck then the cooler is not useable.
