I love these cooling pads!
My mom sent me a box of these in a care package after our newest baby was born, and I am beyond grateful she did! My ladies just aren't used to exclusively pumping, and yes I've had all my parts checked for size and such, yet still, it's been tearing me up in a bad way. Once I tried these cooling pads, I immediately sent my husband out to buy a few more boxes. The relief the cooling gel gives to my sore cracked nips is fantastic! Wish I knew these existed with my last 4 babies who were fed exclusively straight from the tap! Definitely something I'll be keeping a supply of in my cabinet.

Itchy
These provided an instant relief, but after about a minute or so of wear, these made my breasts very itchy, even on the skin surrounding the nipple. I couldn’t wear for more than 5 mins.

Cool

It was nice to have that cooling sensation after I pumped! The only reason I didn’t like it more because it didn’t last longer. I wish the cooling was a little longer!

Did not fit breast securely, no relief provided
Would not recommend. They do not shape to the breast leaving dimpling on the sides of the patch causing the adhesive to stick to breast pads/clothing. Did not feel the actual cooling sensation or relief.

Doesn’t stay still( when moving)
Got this in the mailbox today and I was so excited to try it, but the second I put it on and went back to cleaning they stated to slip down ( only felt it bc the cold fell hit my tummy) I am laying down they staying still, but I need to get things done(I try again tomorrow and see if It is different ) oh and the cooling is only good until ur boy get used to it)

Not that good

It’s really refreshing to use especially after pumping! But it doesn’t stay in place very well, it’s not very adherent to the skin.
So staying for 30 minutes is tooo long for something that’s always getting out of place!
The sizing is ok, but if you are DD is probably too small!
It’s ok, but a cooling reusable pad would be better!
The only positive part is that is very discreet to use during work!
