I think it's ideal for after a vaginal delivery; it helps with burning, and its packaging and dispenser are perfect for use. It soothes the area and helps make recovery more manageable.

I love all Frida products! This was a god send postpartum! It sprays perfectly upside down and provided instant relief. It’s affordable and can buy at most retailer’s. I would highly recommend.

It is equally effective as dermaplast or other cooling spray but the nozzle sprays softer/wider so it is not as concentrated of an application and the texture is more smooth. It is good but nothing outstanding, it doesnt last super long either. I prefer the witch hazel liners over this
