Description
These Reusable Brest Therapy Packs are designed to provide relief for various breastfeeding discomforts. Hot helps relieve clogged ducts and mastitis and encourages milk let-down; cold can be used as ice packs to help relieve swelling, pain and engorgement in the early days of breastfeeding. The larger size also provides more coverage and more soothing relief.
Note: when heating, the gel turns white as the temperature rises so you know whether it’s partially heated or fully complete.

Breastfeeding essential.
Very helpful and soothing especially after a breastfeeding session. The cold sensation feels good. It??s not to cold and when you warm it up it works very well.

Nice to Have on Hand for Mastitis Emergencies
You don’t need these until you need them, and when you need them you need them bad and fast. I fortunately did not experience any issues with milk clogs until 4 months postpartum, but when I did I was so happy to have these sitting in my closet ready to go. They heat and freeze very quickly for going back and forth between hot and cold therapy. They do cover large breasts and are comfortable to slide into your bra discreetly.

They stay cold
The breast packs with the beads do not stay cold. These do! These helped me survive mastitis. I love that they are larger too and cover more. One person found this helpful

Amazing for swelling after breast augmentation! The covers are soft and fit in post op bra perfectly. Make sure to wash covers before wearing!!
