I loved these. I used them during my postpartum I received them after I delivered and these stay warm a while better than other brands I've had. Very nice pain reliever.

I love the adhesion and the scent and total the removal. The size in the packaging was great. I wish it would’ve been a little bigger but that’s OK but I totally recommend to get this product for your postpartum mommies.

Frida mom products in general are so, so good. This is definitely another product of theirs that holds up and does not disappoint.
I think EVERY. SINGLE. WOMAN. that gives birth should have these in their hospital bag + stocked at home afterwards. Whether breastfeeding or not..these patches are amazing. The difference is that they stick to you vs. a heating pad that you have to actively move around with you.
If breastfeeding though..Pack these..you’ll be incredibly thankful later, promise!

Work wonderful for postpartum cramps and heat last

Super useful to soothe abdominal pain postpartum, especially after I got c section. There are 6 pieces in the box: 3 small and 3 large ones and the work wonderful depending on where I applied them to. The material is breathable and soft. The heat lasts so long, about 7 hrs. The instruction is easy to follow. I think I will buy more heat relief patches after I run out of it. It is the best! Recommend!

These patches are excellent when it comes to colic, they help to keep the abdomen area warm, they leave no residue, they last a long time.

Great relief for postpartum discomfort. Easy to use and not bulky. I'd use this even for menstrual cycle relief. Easy to put on and remove. I'd recommend this product
