It's an innovative product, but it does leave my stomach very bloated and it does help me; it falls off my clothes easily. However, it does warm up my abdomen. The packaging is great because you can take it anywhere. I liked it, but I don't think I would buy it again.

These heat relieve recovery patches are great. They do take several minutes to start heating, but they get nice and warm without overheating. The adhesive is nice to keep them in place too. It is very sticky. Be careful it does not come off of your clothes and get stuck to your skin because it does not come off easily.
