Soothing!
I really enjoyed having this after having a baby. It is really easy to use whether you use it in a basin or throw a little bit in the tub, it dissolves easy and really provides you with a soothing feeling. You can’t go over board with treating yourself and your body after giving birth!

Love these salts
I received these to review and I really like them. They really help feel a sense of healing down there. I had 2 perineal stitches after my son was born and I use them in a sitz bath in a small basin and in shallow water in my bathtub. Its also a plus that they’re vegan!

Soothing and not overwhelming

I was given the Sitz Bath Saltz by Lansioh as Part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. At first I was hesitant that the sitzs bath would do anything for me because I had an unexpected c-section. I normally would associate this kind of product with a vaginal delivery. But I was proven wrong. I prepared 4 to 5 inches of water in a bath tub and put about a 1/2 cub of Lansinoh Bath Saltz in with the warm water. I soaked for 15 minutes and it was a very relaxing experience. Great relief after childbirth

I just came home from delivering my baby and needed something to help relieve that pain from natural birth and stitches. I used this and the very first time I could tell an immense relief.
