these did nothing for me. i used them for the heat in hopes of getting more of an output or getting a let down sooner & they did nothing. i couldn’t feel the warmth through my flanges & all it did was weigh them down.

Love these when heated up !
Love using them warm! Feels very nice and I feel like it helps me have a let down faster. I’ve only used these cold once when I had a clog but would 100% recommend these especially if your girls get cold easily

Don’t Skip This!
These were a lifesaver while breastfeeding, especially used as ice packs to soothe pain and discomfort when I developed Mastitis. This is definitely a new mom essential!

I wanted to love you, but they just didn’t get cold enough for me after trying a different brand (Willow) that got cold and stayed cold, I would not recommend.

Must have!
When I was breastfeeding I had gotten mastitis and the heat from these was so therapeutic it helped unclog my milk ducts. And it was such a relief! There is no pain worse than trying to nurse a baby with mastitis. Every new or experienced mom needs these.

Leaking
I had received this as a baby shower gift and have only used it a handful of times as cold packs. All the liquid leaked out from it. Really disappointed considering how I haven’t used it very much
