Multi purpose!
For their intended purpose, 10/10.. for the fact that I can use them for all of the other aches and pains related to pregnancy and post partum 100/10, I used this in a pinch when I forgot my breast therapy packs over the weekend.. perfect.

Multi Use
Great for more than just postpartum therapy for "down there". Great for your back, neck, whatever is aching! Highly Recommend! Easy to use hot and cold.

Best ice gel packs I’ve ever purchased!

Easy and Convenient

As first time parents you don’t know what you really need until after your baby is here. My wife ended up needing a C-Section to deliver our son. Cold pack felt great

These cold packs were easy to use and felt wonderful after a vaginal birth. The disposable sleeve fit well and was not irritating to my sensitive skin. I’m not completely sure what the use of a heat pack would be, as heat typically increases swelling and that was one of my main reasons for using these packs.

Essential for postpartum moms

I received this hot & cold relief pad from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This arrived when I was 2 weeks postpartum from a c-section. Although I was pretty well healed at that point I still enjoyed using the ice pack on my incision area when feeling sore at the end of the day. The.comfort it provided was just what I needed!
This is a multifunctional product that will be essential to all postpartum women. The heat pack can be used when breastfeeding or pumping to get greater output. Super helpful product!

Good for hemorrhoids but not postpartum bleeding

These hot/cold packs are very helpful for hemorrhoid pain relief. The colder temperature lasts around 15-20 minutes and sits nicely in regular underwear.
However, the sleeves for the packs aren’t super soft and aren’t absorbent at all, so I don’t recommend using them for postpartum pain relief when you are still producing lokia.
The color changing feature for the pearls is nice so you can tell immediately whether it’s a good temperature.
