Easy to apply and remove, Soothies C-section Recovery Pads protect incisions after the stitches come out, when the wound is closed but still healing. The gel padding minimizes friction and rubbing, plus it provides cooling, soothing relief for healing skin. Sterilized for hygiene, the pads are designed for all day wear, up to 72 hours (about 3 days) per pad.

Protection and Relief

I’m so glad to have received these from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I used them for my second c-section, so I can attest that they definitely do as promised me help soothe the itchy sore incision as compared to not using them. Having the ability to chill them is a nice touch too. My favorite part of these is how it prevents rubbing so I do feel protected. My incision tends to burn when rubbed, and these have prevented that!

I had recovery pads on my registry list, so when I received these to test from the Stellar Product Teating Panel I was super excited. This is my second C-section and the recovery is no joke. They came in a pack of 4 all individually wrapped. They were easy to apply and the cooling gel felt really good on my incision. I wore them for the full 72 hours and they stayed on great. Soothing
From my experience the recovery pads are soothing and very helpful for healing after C-section. They are sterile and made of hydrogel and one pad can be used up to 72 hours. I think it’s a very useful product for postpartum recovery and I would definitely recommend it.

Very helpful
Lansinoh Soothies C-section Recovery Pads were great for my C-section recovery, they helped me to feel better and more secure during my postpartum period. The pads are easy to apply and they can be cooled down in the fridge for a better effect. I think I felt less pain when I had them on. I would recommend them.

I am truly amazed at how well these pads have worked for my incision. I feel truly protected when I have the pad on. I feel like the pad has helped me feel more secure when I am doing certain activities like bending to get something from the floor my 2 year old dropped or when taking a shower. While this was my third child, it was my first c-section and I was incredibly anxious about it. When I recieved the cooling pads, I was grateful that there was at least some promise of relief. I didn't use the pads until I was about 4 weeks postpartum, when I was certain my incision was healed.

Nice product but uncomfortable to remove

The good:
The soothing pad felt nice going on; it does have cooling properties at the outset but they don't seem to last long. I left it on for 24 hours and honestly forgot it was there. I did not feel irritation or itching. I did like having an extra layer of protection between my incision and my clothes.

It was uncomfortable to remove. I tried to remove it before getting in the shower, per the instructions, but it wasn't coming off easily, so I finished removing it in the…

The Soothies C-section Recovery Pads gave me much needed relief on my incision. The directions were clearly written on the box and each individual recovery pad package. Application of the pad was a little difficult. I had to use one hand to hold up my skin that folded over and the other hand to put the pad into place. I was really excited about these c-section recovery pads but they weren’t as soothing as I thought they would be. The first one I tried straight from the box and did not feel any cooling sensation from the pad. The second pad I refrigerated for over 24 hours and it felt cool to the touch but once I put it on my incision I did not experience the cooling sensation. I received the Soothies c-section Recovery pad as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I started using the pads 2 weeks after my c section. I was nervous at first using them because it just seems sensitive. But they have help a lot with soothing the incision and also creating a barrier when I used my recovery band. It didn’t rub against my scar. Overall was a good product to use postpartum c section recovery.
