Overview

Description

It may seem strange that disposable full-coverage undies could make such a difference after giving birth, but they do—in both logistics and comfort.

Made of soft and seamless microfiber and spandex, they’re mesh and latex-free (versus the see-through, fishnet-like pair usually given in the hospital) and designed to keep pads and all other recovery layers in place without compromising comfort. When you’re done? Toss them in the trash.

Use them for immediate postpartum recovery through the first 6 weeks.

What we  about it

Super comfy and stretchy recovery underwear designed to hold the layers of relief in place.

6 Questions
how are these for the environment?

Best Answer:  These are made with microfiber and spandex, so you can determine the effects of these materials on the environment.

Do you put a pad inside the underwear still?

Best Answer:  You still need to wear a pad because this underwear isn't absorbent.

How many do women usually need?

Best Answer:  It varies from person to person. Some bleed more than others. Some choose to use only disposable underwear during the first few weeks postpartum. You'll likely want to have at least three pairs and then go from there.

How many are in a pack?

Best Answer:  There are 8 boyshort briefs in a pack.

Are they for all sizes?

Best Answer:  The regular-sized underwear can fit 28" - 42" waists.

Do you throw them away after one use?

Best Answer:  You do! These disposable underwear are for one-time use only.

I’m 5’9, currently weigh 174. Had a c section almost a week ago & these underwear are perfect. Not sure why everyone has a rash? I’ve had contact dermatitis for more than a year & the underwear definitely didn’t make it worse; which logically would happen if it causes it. my only problem is they roll down when i sit & stand a lot

HORRIBLE RASH
I’d give it zero stars if I could. The rash people are talking about is no joke. I have a rash everywhere that these shorts touched my skin, from my labia to the inside of my belly button. The pain, itching, and irritation is worse than the surgical pain from the cesarean. DO NOT BUY THESE! They shouldn’t be allowed to sell such a horrible product.

ADHESIVE ALLERGY ALERT!
Do not use if you have an adhesive sensitivity! I have a severe dermatological allergy to adhesive. The hospital jumped through hoops to avoid adhesive for my second cesarean since I had a horrible reaction from my first. I was fine until I put these boy shorts on. All that work to avoid an allergic reaction was completely ruined by this product. I am back to having an itchy, burning, painful rash from my thighs and labia to my belly button in the exact shape of these shorts. So now I’m not only

Horrible rash
Similar to other reviews, these gave me a horrible rash. The last thing you want postpartum is to ALSO contend with a new rash. Highly recommend passing on these. I literally went back back to the hospital issued granny panties and never looked back.

Too Small for Petites
I am petite, weighing 109 pre pregnancy, 140 into my third trimester, and significantly dropped weight after delivery. The petite & regular sizes are far too tight. Someone commented below about sobbing because they could not fit the regular with their post partum body. It compelled me to leave a review because I felt the same way. The hospital depends are far more comfortable.

Must have after birth! 10/10 recommend
These are a must have after birth. They are so comfortable. They are soft, they stretch well, and feel really nice on the empty stomach pouch after birth. 10/10 would recommend. I would not have survived without a few packs of these.

Terrible rash
These gave me the worst rash I've ever had - everywhere they touched I have an angry, burning, and itchy rash that has been worse than recovering from the delivery itself. I do not recommend this product at all and warn anyone who intends to try these to wear a pair prior to delivery to make sure your skin is able to handle them. I do not have sensitive skin either.
