Meh. I wasn’t in love with this product personally.
I had a second degree tear from birth and did not feel this spray helped with the pain, itching, or healing.
I preferred using a combination of Dermoplast Anesthetic Pain Relieving Spray (this was the BEST), and the Birchwood A.E.R Witch Hazel Towelette Pads (THE BEST). Those were originally given to me at the hospital, I loved them so much I bought more off Amazon when I ran out at home.

Instant Relief for Everything in the Peri area!
This was a life saver! After the birth of my first daughter I had severe burning - the nurse rolled me over in the hospital bed and lowered my panties and parting my butt cheeks and sprayed - it was instant relief. I asked the nurse what it was and once she told me I bought some before leaving the hospital.

Not worth it
Can’t say for certain that it solely helped when there’s so much you apply down there postpartum. Also it kinda didn’t work well upside down when it was hallway empty

Cool and fresh for healing
I like that the ingredients are clean and the spray is cooling and fresh feeling for the sensitive areas during the postpartum healing phase. Once it’s almost empty, the sprayer isn’t as effective at getting the last ounces out for the down under area, because of the awkward reach and …gravity. Wish it were easier to use the last drops … but maybe there’s not much that can be done about that.

Im healing so well with the help of this spray. The tucks pads are good for the beginning but this is so much more practical and comfortable after you leave the hospital. It’s cooling even if you don’t put it in the fridge. Also it works upside down!

Loved this spray postpartum
Didn't realize how much I needed this postpartum until I got it as a gift. It was great and I used it every day postpartum for several weeks. Highly recommend.
