This was a must after having my baby, my nipples were chapped and blistered and this saved me. I also developed mastitis and the hot and cold pack in this was a life saver. I brought this little pouch full of breastfeeding helpers with me to the hospital for delivery and I’m so glad I did

Missing Nipple Balm in kit
I bought the kit one week ago from Target and it is missing. The no mess nipple balm, other than the missing item the kit is great. The hot + cold relief packs works wonders for sore breasts

I have been holding off writing this review as I have not been able to test this survival kit fully yet. However it literally contains everything I plan to need and will be carrying with me in my pumping and diaper bags. It’s convenient and I will be able to restock often the case.

If you are new mom and 100% breastfeeding, it is for you. It has hold n cold relief pack, and nipple pad which conveniently to use and work perfectly. Also it has the spray if you have cracked nipple

Frida breast feeding survival kit must haves

The arrival of the breastfeeding survival kit couldn’t have been more perfect. It was a hospital bag must have and I used it during my stay to help with nipple soreness. Once baby and I were released and the breastfeeding started more frequently I was more confident with the supplies of saline spray and heat cold packs. The breast pads and everything was so handy packaged in a chic travel bag. The ingredient were safe and effective.

This kit was amazing for a new, breastfeeding mom. The products inside came in handy even while still in the hospital. The baby took right to nursing and that, coupled with the fact that this kit made it more comfortable, meant that things went so smoothly as mama and baby both figured things out. Love Frida products!!!

I wish I would have received this earlier in my breastfeeding journey. All products are a must for after birth. Sadly I am only able to use the heating/cooling pads and the dry nursing pads as I am farther along and haven’t had cracking or pain issues anymore. I requested to receive early on which would have tremendously helped but it was delayed. The cooling/reheating pads I felt are much better in terms of comfort and ease compared to similar on the market. The bag to carry everything is nice…
