Awful customer service. Seriously the worst. I had a problem with my motor it wasn’t working so they sent me a new one and it wasn’t used! Cracked, covered in dried breastmilk and dirty! Completely unsanitary and unacceptable. I called several times sent photos and no one got back to me to resolve the issue
By this time if I was reliant solely on willow my milk would have dried up and I wouldn’t be able to feed my baby! Thank god I have a medela pump at home! Would never recommend this…
