Care
- Base and pad should be cleaned regularly by using a mild cleaning solution and a damp cloth

Note: Detachable nest should only be used while baby is awake and supervised. Baby should not sleep in nest when detached from base or be left unattended. Can’t use rocking feature due to squeaking
I was really looking forward to using this bassinet, I thought it was a bit pricey, but worth it for the rocking feature. Well, I can’t even use the rocking feature because every time I do it squeaks driving me insane and keeping me and my baby awake.

Difficult to set up
I was able to get the item assembled but I've been unable to get it connected to wifi, so not all the features work. There are several qr codes in the manual and on the box which say they help but the qr code links are dead. Additionally I called the support number and they said they'd email me and assist but they haven't. Overall disappointed with the technical support.

Alright but has issues
Like the bassinet as it does help with sleep. But we had to exchange multiple times due to a loud clicking with the rocking feature. The most recent bassinet ( the fourth one we got) still has the same issue. Very frustrating and disruptive for baby’s sleep. Customer service sent us the latest one and said they couldn’t guarantee this one wouldnt have the same problem…. Also have an issue with the halo app connecting to the bassinet so most of the time I can’t change the settings from my phone.

Clicking noise
Horrible clicking noise that started day one. Keeps us all up at night. For the price, not worth it. Only thing that is great is the wall that comes down when taking baby in and out

I like the adjustable height,
I like the adjustable height, the vibration, and the rocking but there are definitely some tweaks that need to be done. There’s sometimes a loud clicking noise that wakes the baby when in rocking mode so that defeats the purpose. I think the clicking happens if baby is not perfectly centered in the bassinet. The other change I’d make is to make the buttons actual buttons and not touch screen. Sometimes when I’m leaning in to put him into the bassinet, my leg touches the touch screen and turns it…
