Description
The Graco SmartSense Soothing Bassinet listens for baby’s cries and responds automatically — syncing gentle motion, white noise and vibration to help lull baby back to sleep. SmartSense technology cycles through thousands of soothing combinations, gradually adjusting as baby settles, so there’s less guesswork in the middle of the night.
When baby stirs, soothing starts in seconds. The bassinet works through gentle rocking motions, soft vibration, multiple speed settings, white noise and calming music.
Stream songs and sounds from your phone via Bluetooth to create a fully customized sleep environment. Works with or without a swaddle to suit baby’s needs and your routine.
Breathable mesh sides allow airflow and keep baby in clear view at all times. The firm, flat sleeping surface supports safe sleep, and the mattress is made with organic cotton fabric.
Includes a machine-washable 100% organic cotton sheet. A woodgrain finish gives the bassinet a look that blends with home decor. Suitable from birth to 20 lbs or five months, or until baby can roll over or push up on hands and knees.

Makes a lot of noise
What a disappointment product… I was very excited to use this bassinet to hopefully my baby goes sleep. But it makes sooooo much clicking noises. No matter what speed you choose it makes noise….. if I knew that then I didn’t buy this bassinet. I’m currently using it as regular bassinet… very sad

Bought this and have loved it! The look is appealing, baby loves it. The features are amazing and come in handy when needed. Going on month 4 of using it for naps, bedtime and even just to lay baby down to rock for me while I shower or get things done! 5 stars!

Baby slept better!

This was best Soothing bassinet option for newborn. So easy to use and set up! Baby slept better being rocked, also love the feature where it starts rocking back when baby cries. Seriously was the best sleeping bassinet at night! At times baby was rocked back to sleep with out me getting up. Costumer service was amazing when I had to reach out about the cord. Very easy to wash and keep clean sheets. Baby grows out of this very fast but first few months this was definitely best bassinet I have tried.

I got this for my grand baby and it works amazing it’s so quite that you don’t even know it’s on plus real sleek look which is a plus not an eye soar also the different modes it has are a plus just as well as the sturdiness and the capability to move it at will

NOT worth it.
Would not buy. Not worth it. If baby moves around it clunks loudly back and forth. The mattress pad is thin soft and would not feel confident it would be breathable if baby would roll over. Made of cheap materials. Legs are metal not real wood and look cheap in person. Heavy and clunky contraption. Also after doing more research on emf low or not and having my baby in something that is electric and plugged into a wall just didn’t sit right with me. Save yourself the money and just put your baby in a normal bassinet.

Vibration and sound stoped working in two months of use
Would be 5 stars but the sound and vibration stopped working after two months other then that this bassinet is a life saver

Great support
The electronics on this went out with my first but we were phasing out and I didn’t make a claim. After having my next child, I asked for help with replacement of parts or about warranty and I was able to get a replacement (it had been a little over a year) so I was very pleased with graco for making it right!

Great features, not so great sleep
I think the idea of this is nice. The acoustics play different kinds of white noise and soothing songs, they even put me and our wife to sleep. The rocking functions is great as well to a certain point. The rocking back and forth isn’t as quiet as you expect and then squeaking and knocking actually keep the parents and baby from getting a good block of rest. If the squeaking and knocking could stop this would be an amazing product. The knocking and squeaking happen no matter what rocking speed…

I bought this about a month ago maybe a little longer and it started off great, very comfortable, soft bedding but has started making a loud obnoxious knocking sound when it rocks, that being said it was great but I’ve had nothing but issues one after another. It is great for soothing baby to sleep but once it starts knocking it startles him. The rock is no longer calm slow or gentle. The bassinet at times won’t turn off unless unplugged. I’m very upset after paying all this money and having this many issues.

Love hate relationship
Love the bassinet but after a few months it starts to squeak. Having a second baby now and would love to reuse it but the squeaking needs to be fixed for the price of the bassinet.
