First use the lanolin nipple cream and then apply the cooling gel pad—they’re designed to stick well and remove without residue.

Great for first time moms, very soothing
I used these when I first started breastfeeding. I would definitely recommend, they stick on really well but not so well that it hurts to take off.

Great for healing
Worked great for my first weeks postpartum. I used gel and then would put these over top and it really helped with soreness and healing. Really soothing if you keep them in the fridge too.

Great product
These patches have been a saving grace!I dont leak so I use these and the cooling effect is very nice. I wish they came with a few more. They loose stickiness after you remove them for the 5/6time so I just have to place them in my bra after that. Not leak proof, they will absorb a little bit. Very easy to use. The size is great they are pretty big.

SAVED THE NIPSSSSS when adjusting to breastfeeding. Get these! Worth the price. Buy 2 boxes and a whole lot of nipple balm. Youve got this mama! The pain isnt forever.

Worth the investment!
These are a lifesaver for new breastfeeding moms. They soothe sore and irritated nipples and the bra side has a fabric backing to prevent the gel from drying out. Pro tip to put in the fridge before applying for additional relief.
