Great for healing
Worked great for my first weeks postpartum. I used gel and then would put these over top and it really helped with soreness and healing. Really soothing if you keep them in the fridge too.

Worth the investment!
These are a lifesaver for new breastfeeding moms. They soothe sore and irritated nipples and the bra side has a fabric backing to prevent the gel from drying out. Pro tip to put in the fridge before applying for additional relief.

Effective!
I'm glad I bought them!! They were not at all sticky like some reviewers noted. The cooling effect was great, I even popped a couple in the fridge for a couple minutes while nursing. They came off without leaving anything sticky on my skin and I was able to reuse them for a couple days. They could include a couple more in the pack for the price.

Must buy!!!
These things are amazing. They felt so good on a cracked nipple and helped it heal. They also helped the nipple not rub on my clothing. The adhesive was good too. Was able to take on and off a few times to pump.

Lifesaving product
Very soothing, you can put them in the refrigerator for added relief. They are think and durable. The adhesive works really well, it can be put back on if removed and does not leave you feeling sticky.
