They are ok but no skin improvements yet
When I started breastfeeding, my nipples we re quite sore and burning so decided to give these hydrogel pads a go and I like them.They are easy to use - just apply them directly on top of the nipple area. I like using breast pad above them.They give a nice initial cooling sensation which doesn t last long but feels pleasant. Haven t noticed improved healing of the skin but will continue using them.I find the price too high so 3 / 4 stars

If your nips are sore PLEASE try these. The cooling is immediate and leaves you moisturized. They re super thin and flexible. No weird smell or oily residue!

Helpful for cracked/bleeding
Had horrible cracking/bleeding and these helped sooo much. Even just stopping the wounds from sticking to fabric and then getting ripped off was super helpful, but it also seemed to help them heal

Great for prevention and maintenance but if youre bleeding, theyre not the ones for you.
A great solution if youre looking for basic soothing. NOT the best option if you already have damage (cracks, bleeding, etc). If you are truly hurting bad, spend the money and get the medela ones.Why? I barely used them when I started breastfeeding but they work great and made it 10 times better for me at least the times I used them . My bipples were so sore and had blisters but they made it keep cool and hydrated

Absolute holy grail, saved my nipples
These have become one of my must-have breastfeeding essentials, no exaggeration. Best Hydrogel pad on the market
I dont do a ton of reviews but I think these deserve more recognition. I was really hesitant to purchase these because I have tried the medela hydrogel pads, the FridaMom hydrogel pads and medical grade (from the hospital) hydrogel pads and nothing worked. Great for first time moms, very soothing
I used these when I first started breastfeeding. I would definitely recommend, they stick on really well but not so well that it hurts to take off.
