If I wanted to buy more bassinet sheets, what size would I need? I only see “outside dimensions”, not mattress dimensions.?
Best Answer: Newton Baby lists the Essential Bassinet mattress dimensions as 29.5" x 17.5" x 1.5". For the safest fit, Newton recommends using its Essential Bassinet sheets, which are specifically designed for this mattress rather than choosing sheets based only on similar dimensions.
Does the side unzip? ?
Best Answer: This does not have a side that unzips, but it does have a zippered, removable cover that unzips so you can remove the Wovenaire core for cleaning. The bassinet's outer fabric also unzips from the frame for machine washing.

Great bassinet
I bought this for my newborn grandson to visit. My son loved it so much they bought one when they got home!

Love this bassinet
Love this bassinet. It’s large so has plenty of room for our baby to grow without needing to move into a crib. It looks great and is excellent quality. It is very sturdy but light weight so easy to travel with and move around if needed. Very happy my purchase and this complete package for our needs

Beautiful bassinet
I absolutely LOVE this bassinet and everything about it. I love the look of it, it fits right in with the look of my room, unlike other bassinets that are an eyesore. I also love the piece of mind that it gives me being ultra breathable. It’s also so easy to wash all the pieces, including the mattress itself. I highly recommend this bassinet.

We love Newton
Newton is great! Our newborn (3 week old) loves the basic bassinet & mom loves it because the sand color matches the home decor :) not to mention it’s the safest option on the market and 100% machine washable!

Defective metal pins!
I could not unlatch the pin from the basshandle during disassembly! Had to brute force yank the bar out of the handle which led to me cracking the pin. For the amount of money I spent I’d expect better quality.

Back breaking low
If you like to break your back by picking up your baby from less than 2 feet off the floor, then this is for you. I wish I paid attention to that detail or I’d never have purchased. I hate it! The looks of it isn’t worth it in the middle of the night, trust me.

Safe sleep
I absolutely love my essential bassinet! The sandstone color is perfect and I love how easy it is to remove the mattress cover and wash it if it gets dirty.
