Is this mattress Nestig wave crib compatible?
Best Answer: Yes, the Nestig Wave crib is compatible with the Newton Baby breathable crib mattress. The Nestig Wave crib mattress area is designed to accommodate a standard-size crib mattress (52" L x 28" W x 5-6" H), which is the same size as the Newton Baby mattress.
Do you still need crib sheets with this mattress?

Do you need to buy extra mattress covers?
Best Answer: This mattress is 100% washable and does not need an extra mattress pad or cover. However, if you want to have an extra pad or cover you can purchase them directly from Newton's website.
I'm confused. When using the toddler side, if there is leakage, can it be wiped down, or does the cover need to be removed and washed?
Best Answer: The toddler side protects the mattress from leaks and moisture, but you will want to wash the cover should it be soiled.
How is the mattress shipped? will the item be vacuumed sealed and rolled, can you provide me with the shipped parcels size?

Purchasing Newton crib mattress
This is the second one I purchased and the babies slept very well using the first one over a few years and we recently purchased a second one

Possibly mold
My son’s cover had red spots between the blue and white lining of the cover after coming out of the wash. I looked it up and said it was mold. I don’t know if it was there before the wash but now I have to replace the cover or get a whole new mattres.

Worth it
We have two and seriously love them. The extra layers help keep it clean, it’s soft and cozy enough for our baby and we never have to worry about him rolling over.

Great Product!
We originally got the mattress for our 1st born. We were very hesitant at first given the cost but ended up loving it! We loved it so much that we ended up buying one for our 2nd born and subsequently another one for our 2nd born again since we lost the other one in the Palisades fire.

Worth your piece of mind
My little daughter started to roll in her sleep at 5-6 months and there were nights where looking at the monitor and seeing her face down was scary. Worth the peace of mind that she can sleep in whatever position and be safe. The mattress is comfortable and cover is easy to wash! Really the best purchase.

This mattress (and the coordinating waterproof mattress protector and sheets) are excellent! The first day our baby was in his crib, he rolled onto his face. Having tested the breathability ourselves, and with his rising and falling breaths, we were able to know that he was able to rest comfortably and breathe.
